With your eyes open, just look.
So many things being perceived, the whole array of phenomena appearing.
And as you look, just feel into the sense of looking itself, the sense of perceiving, feeling into what’s looking, what’s noticing.
Conventionally, we think of there being someone who is perceiving, a person who is behind the eyes, looking out upon the world. But as you sit here, feel what’s present behind these eyes. Not your idea of what’s present, but what’s actually present.
Do you find a person there, or do you just find a flow of experiencing, a flow of aliveness?
Feel the absolute openness of what’s looking, the edgelessness of it, the unbounded nature of what’s perceiving.
What’s seeing is completely open to what’s being seen. Notice how no boundaries can be found between what’s looking and what’s being looked at.
Feel how the world being perceived is inseparable from the world that’s perceiving. It’s one world. The life that’s seeing is the same as the life that’s being seen.
A single reality gazing at itself…
